Max-Julian Kaye

Max is a principal focused on late-stage software, industrial technology, and life science tools investments including growth equity deals, buyouts, carve-outs and take-privates. Currently, he is involved with Battery’s investments in LI-COR (composed of Anemoment, Apollo SciTech and HOBO Data Loggers), LICORbio, Phigenics, Sustainability at Work Group, Vercore and VertiGIS (composed of AED-SICAD, Dynamic Design Group, EDP, Geocom Group, ibR Geoinformation, KMS, Latitude Geographics, Mapcom Systems, SynerGIS, TOPO graphics and 1Spatial). Max was also previously involved with CAMBRIO (acquired by Sandvik AB).

Max kam 2014 als Analyst zu Battery, nachdem er an der Northeastern D'Amore-McKim School of Business einen BS-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen mit summa cum laude abgeschlossen hatte.
